Quinn is now offering Yoga + Massage for prenatal and Therapeutic clients!!
One-on-one yoga instruction with Quinn gives you the opportunity to work towards specific mobility or flexibility goals, get feedback on your alignment to get the most out of your poses, and create deep connection with your breath and body. This service will be for pregnant clients and those who aren’t pregnant or postpartum in the last year, unless you have been evaluated (and treated, if necessary) by a pelvic floor physical therapist.
Quinn has been a yoga teacher for years, and she spent the last month or so completing a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training so she can offer one-on-one yoga sessions combined with a massage! There are two time options for this treatment – 90-minutes and 120-minutes. Both options will have up to 45 minutes of one-on-one yoga that will include breath work/meditation (prana), movement (asana) and cool down (savasana.) If you are pregnant, during your intake Quinn will discuss any complications and tailor the session to your specific needs and what is best for your stage of pregnancy.
Things to know:
- This is for those with any level of experience with yoga
- Arrive to your appointment wearing clothing you can move and stretch in
- We will have a mat, blocks and bolster for you, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga gear if you prefer
- The 90-minute session ($130) will include a massage on a focused area of your body (ex: hips and up)
- The 120-minute session ($160) will include a full body massage
