Self-Care Tips Until You Can Get a Massage Again

How are you taking care of yourself during this strange time? Are you like me, and you can’t work while social distancing? Or are you working overtime in-person or from home at an essential job (thank you for all you do!)? So how are you taking care of yourself during this time of social distancing?
