Self-Care Tips Until You Can Get a Massage Again
How are you taking care of yourself during this strange time? Are you like me, and you can’t work while social distancing? Or are you working overtime in-person or from home at an essential job (thank you for all you do!)? Either way, massage businesses have been shut down until April 30th, as well as other types of businesses that offer in-person pain management, stress reduction, exercise, recreation and social connection. So how are you taking care of yourself during this time of social distancing?
